Angry es el primer single del disco Hackney Diamonds de The Rolling Stones. La banda británica ha estrenado su próximo trabajo, el primero en 18 años, este miércoles en Londres y ha presentado la canción ante los fans y periodistas que han ido al acto. The Rolling Stones vuelven a la carga. El 20 de octubre la banda británica lanzará Hackney Diamonds, su primer álbum de estudio después de 18 años. El grupo liderado por Mick Jagger ha presentado su nuevo trabajo en Londres, en un evento dirigido por el presentador Jimmy Fallon y en el que ha mostrado un primer adelanto de este trabajo.
En el acto celebrado en el londinense teatro Hackney Empire, situado en el barrio que da nombre al álbum, han presentado la canción y han proyectado su videoclip, que ya está disponible en YouTube.
Es "el tema del álbum", apuntó el vocalista en la presentación señalando que el tema, con una melodía llena de sus clásicos riffs que conserva la esencia del grupo, es bastante representativo de la idea general del disco. Entre las otras 11 canciones del disco —en total son 12 temas inéditos— se incluye alguna balada y con carácter “ecléctico”, como señaló Mick Jagger en la presentación, y dos de los temas con las baterías grabadas por Charlie Watts. El músico murió en agosto de 2021 y, como apuntó Keith Richards, "todo es diferente desde que él se fue".
La protagonista del videoclip es la actriz Sydney Sweeney, que conocerás por series como The White Lotus o Euphoria.
